The fully automatic COB dispensing machine COB-E301 is an upgraded version of the original COB-E201, which is an economical and compact model with small space occupation and high production capacity. It is suitable for making single point products, such as toy boards, flash boards, voice ICs, ink cartridges, LED and other circuit boards.

Product features:

1. Adopting the Eagle Eye E-sight fully intelligent PR positioning system, 360 degree intelligent recognition and positioning, directly using aluminum plates for sealing, the product can be placed arbitrarily;

2. Add the function of identifying defective PCB boards, which can automatically identify defective PCB boards or PCB boards that do not require sealing. It can selectively seal products inside aluminum plates to reduce product defect rates and save production costs;

3. Customized sealing trajectory can meet different shape requirements, and can freely edit and set the length, position, speed, height, and glue output status of each X-Y-Z motion trajectory route;

4. Adopting a dual constant temperature preheating workbench, it can simultaneously place 4 large aluminum plates or oversized aluminum plates, with left and right circular movement.
